Blocking of media stands for 24 hrs, post which it becomes subject to availability. Blocking is considered ‘confirmed’ only after a confirmation email has been dispatched by MKG Media Marketing team.

All the media offered are subject to availability at the time of written confirmation from both ends.

Sites once booked cannot be cancelled/postponed. In case you do, you will be liable to pay for 7 days of display charges – minimum.

Billing for all the sites will be from the date of booking & will not be postponed due to delay in supply of creatives from your end.

P.O. has to be given within 7 days of the campaigns start date.

Mounting is always extra.

MKG MEDIA will not be responsible for the theft/damage of flex prints in case of public vandalism / natural calamity if any.

Extension of the ongoing campaign has to be informed to us by 7 days before the campaign end date. It shall be considered as ‘no extension’ if we do not received any written intimation from you.

Taxes extra as applicable as per government rules and regulations.
